  I don't live near Encinatas but I knew that they might have a wood valence clip so I drove by. Normally these clips- assuming you can find the right style- costs around 2 or so each. I brought a picture of the clip to the person I met ( I don't recall here name) and she found three clips for me. That was great. What was more surprising is that she did not charge me for it even though I wanted to pay. She said, it is my pleasure and pay it forward. This may have been a small deal for them but to me it was something totally unexpected. If they do this for someone that probably would never be a customer because of my location, Imagine how they would do if you were a client. A+ company in my mind.
